Sean Donlon’s organic teapot forms played beautifully in concert with our bulthaup clean lines and pristine surfaces.  In Sean’s words “we are surrounded daily by functional objects; beauty everywhere is easily overlooked when it is hidden in plain view.” We celebrated daily beauty and our collaboration with an elegant reception in October, joined by clients, architects, gallery owners and special guests of Sean and his family.

b Solitaire Storytelling with Port City Brewing

bulthaup Washington team baked Bavarian pretzels as guests joined for a beer tasting and storytelling with Port City Brewing. Aromatic hops and barley settled into the b Solitaire Glass as our visiting master brewer shared the story of one of the oldest breweries in Virginia and the craft of brewing the perfect beer.

Who let the dogs out?!

It was a furry four legged fête at bulthaup DC. A creative twist to the usual “Cocktail Crawl” theme had guests meeting potential new family members while sipping Prosecco and nibbling on prosciutto. Partnering with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue, bulthaup DC hosted an afternoon of dog adoption opportunity for the annual Georgetown Design District “Days of Design.” Everyone was feeling the love…especially the pups!
